Salon Etiquette

At Exhale…A Salon we want each client to have a wonderful experience at our salon. Here are a few things that will help us serve you and your hair needs better:

Redos: Clients have five (5) days to book a redo with the same stylist if they are not fully satisfied with their look. We want you to love your hair and will do what it takes to make it right.
Product Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, let us help find the right one to fit your needs. Credit only for product returned five (5) days from purchase.
Running Late: Our stylists run on a schedule. Occasionally they can get 15 minutes behind; we will call you and let you know, as to not keep you waiting. If you are running late, as a courtesy please call the salon (910.246.5335) and let us know.
Cancellations and No Shows: Due to the high demand for Exhale…A Salon services we ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Emergencies happen, and we understand — we will always do what we can to accommodate. A $25 fee will be charged for no shows.
