Cancellations & Requests to Reschedule

Effective November 1, 2022, all clients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. 


A 50% deposit is required for all services.

We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment we respectfully require at least 24 hour notice.

Refunds for cancellations and requests to reschedule are not automatically refunded by our online booking system. Please call the salon to reschedule and that amount will be credited toward your next appointment. 

No call or no show of appointment will not be refunded.
