Cancellations & Requests to Reschedule
Effective November 1, 2022, all clients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.
A cancellation, no-show, or request to reschedule made less then 24 hours in advance will invoke a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.

No call or no show of appointment will be required to book their next appointment with a 50% deposit. Deposits will go towards next service.
