Cancellations & Requests to Reschedule
Effective November 1, 2022, all clients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment.
We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. Within reasonable limits, we are more than happy to accommodate these requests.
A cancellation, no-show, or request to reschedule made less then 24 hours in advance will invoke a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.
Appointments rescheduled more than once within 48 hours of an appointment will invoke a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.

No Shows
No call or no show of appointment will be required to book their next appointment with a 50% deposit. Deposits will go towards next service.
Chemical Services & Deposits
50% deposit required for all new clients booking a chemical service.
