cancellations & requests to reschedule

Due to the overwhelming no-shows, our cancellation policy will temporarily shift for the months of November and December.

Effective immediately:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50%

We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment we respectfully require at least 24 hour notice.

NO SHOWS

No call or no show of appointment will not be refunded.

chemical services & deposits

Effective November 1, 2022, all clients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. 

A 50% deposit is required for all services.

Child Safety Guidelines

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your children, keep them away from the styling chairs, and refrain from putting feet on the sofa and chairs. Additionally, please be mindful of the volume on electronic devices. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
